First try ever on croissants. Did whole wheat too and they also turned out. Stay tuned as I refine my skills over the months and do some videos and measure free ratio-style recipes.

  2. I tried whole wheat croissants for the first time last Christmas. they are so easy to make and so very delicious. This year i made them from barley flour – looking forward to eating them on Chriistmas Day.
